4ANEWDAY

I thank God for giving me the freedom to live in peace and grace through Jesus. Yet responsibility presupposes freedom and freedom; true freedom, in truth, can only consist in responsibility. In that, I can't earn my way to Him, but rather, by faith in Him, I turn my eyes away from my own work and toward Jesus. To follow and serve Him out of love and gratitude for all He has done for me and the world. From the newness of spirit from Christ, I seek a place to serve those in need and steer them toward Jesus through my example, words, compassion, and kindness. As service to the Lord is more important than our status in this world to God. In that, I seek with to be humble in all my surroundings in giving to those who cannot repay me for my acts of love but that through serving God, He will exalt me. For it is only when I became aware of my responsibility as a whole in life that I understood this is how I fulfill my calling-to serve in the newness of the spirit of Christ with humility, putting others first.
