This is my daily routine to POWER ME UP to face my day!! I give the first few hours of my day to myself, no electronics, just me, God, and setting my mindset for the day!
P prayer to draw close to God who is the source of my strength.
O observe to sit in the stillness of the morning to take in all that I have to be grateful for.
W write to journal out my thoughts for the day.
E exercise to get up and move for at least 30 minutes each day.
R reading to spend time in God’s word which is the blueprint for my life.
M meditate on God’s presence and His will for my day.
E eat to nourish my body.
Now I am off to own my day:)!!
