“Let Go, Let God”
“Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you.”
1 Peter 5:7
How often do we find ourselves weighed down by the burdens we were never meant to carry alone? Worries about tomorrow, mistakes from the past, and the stresses of the present — they pile up until peace seems out of reach.
But the Word reminds us: God cares. Not just in a distant, abstract way — but personally and deeply. He cares about you. Every detail of your life matters to Him — the small, the overwhelming, and even the struggles we bring on ourselves.
When we try to handle it all alone, we’re not just exhausting ourselves — we’re resisting the help God freely offers. It takes humility to admit, “God, I can’t do this without You.” And that humility opens the door for God’s power to move.
“So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time He will lift you up in honor.”
1 Peter 5:6
Don’t submit to the pressure. Submit to the One who has power over it all. Our God is not passive — He lifts, restores, and strengthens.
“Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” – Ephesians 3:20
So today, release your grip on control. Let go of the worry. Let go of the fear. Let God take the lead. Because He’s not only capable — He’s willing. He cares. And He’s working it out for your good.
